I have been a loyal customer of Global & Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-2148-GPO-9712) on June 3, 1993, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 19, 2025 05:35After my initial complaint, Global & Services contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
