I purchased a equipment from Luxury Mansion Group Enterprises on October 29, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cynthia I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Luxury Mansion Group Enterprises has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their repair service.
