I have been a loyal customer of Credit of Pinnacle Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-4377-MBG-9807) on July 11, 1996, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
