I purchased a plan from Credit of Pinnacle Corp. on September 20, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eleazar V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 30, 2025 06:03Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $155.94 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
