I want to report a serious concern with Secure & Group's device that I purchased on January 20, 1973 from your Annettefurt, Delaware store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zoila D., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Secure & Group called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
