Delayed delivery from Prime Materials Kuching LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4231-JYI-7029 placed with Prime Materials Kuching LLC on November 19, 1983. I paid $301.59 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Moriah G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
