I am writing regarding order #ORD-8207-RLU-7104 placed with Prime Materials Kuching LLC on December 28, 2001. I paid $196.10 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brionna S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Prime Materials Kuching LLC still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
