I purchased a application from Expert Works São Gonçalo on August 19, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Fausto Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Expert Works São Gonçalo contacted me to troubleshoot the camera. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
