I am writing regarding order #ORD-8038-TEL-5247 placed with Works & Products León on November 22, 2000. I paid $844.68 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amalia T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
