I have been a loyal customer of Works & Products León for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-6602-KJT-3156) on September 26, 1998, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with John Moore from the Customer Retention at Works & Products León, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
