I have been a loyal customer of Financial Management Woodlands for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2806-WPF-4610) on November 13, 2009, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Financial Management Woodlands reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement laptop has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
