I have been a loyal customer of Financial Management Woodlands for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2806-WPF-4610) on November 13, 2009, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
