On October 10, 2015, I signed up for Architecture Construction's upgrade service at their Fannyside, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $303.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Telly T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
