I purchased a device from Innovative Works on July 4, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maximillian S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The blender from Innovative Works not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
