I want to report a serious concern with Builders Group's solution that I purchased on July 15, 2020 from your Bartellville, Nebraska store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rosalyn R., but my issue remains unresolved.
