I want to report a serious concern with Builders Group's software that I purchased on June 2, 2013 from your Bertrandburgh, Virginia store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Breana Z., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Builders Group has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their consultation service.
