Misleading advertising by Builders Group
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Builders Group's software that I purchased on June 2, 2013 from your Bertrandburgh, Virginia store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Breana Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
