I purchased a membership from Expert Works Enterprises LLC on October 12, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Werner A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 20, 2025 05:40Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $59.21 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
