On September 22, 2000, I signed up for Builders Inc's installation service at their Lindgrenfort, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $74.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Patricia Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
