I am writing regarding order #ORD-6386-NYX-9588 placed with Builders Inc on May 14, 1983. I paid $555.65 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Flo L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
