I have been a loyal customer of SecureSavings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-1586-LGD-1861) on August 1, 2024, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 17, 2025 06:06Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $449.13 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
