I am writing regarding order #ORD-9978-YHR-7347 placed with Precision Design on November 26, 1985. I paid $727.70 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Murl Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Precision Design called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
