I want to report a serious concern with Elite Inn Hospitality Enterprises's software that I purchased on April 1, 2013 from your Fredstad, Illinois store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nickolas Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
