I purchased a accessory from Elite Inn Hospitality Enterprises on October 26, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Malinda I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
