I have been a loyal customer of Elite Inn Hospitality Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-6149-AMM-5251) on October 23, 1988, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
