Quality Products Builders refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Quality Products Builders's package that I purchased on January 5, 2010 from your East Jackeline, Texas store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Devin G., but my issue remains unresolved.
