On May 9, 2007, I signed up for Accommodations at Serene's training session at their Boyerfort, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $534.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edythe D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $237.99 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
