I want to report a serious concern with Accommodations at Serene's solution that I purchased on November 23, 2023 from your New Lia, Alabama store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alexander G., but my issue remains unresolved.
