Poor customer service experience with Global Factories Inc

I have been a loyal customer of Global Factories Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-6501-MVR-6031) on December 19, 1997, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
