On April 9, 2020, I signed up for Global Factories Inc's training session at their Ernsershire, Washington location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $849.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reta H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I want to acknowledge that Global Factories Inc has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $339.51 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $339.51 for a television that never worked properly.
