I am writing regarding order #ORD-3961-EXJ-5122 placed with Grand Lodge on March 31, 2005. I paid $851.61 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kendrick X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Grand Lodge contacted me to troubleshoot the formal shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
