Poor customer service experience with Strong Homes

I purchased a equipment from Strong Homes on March 15, 1981. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Velda K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
