I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Builders & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-7987-CFW-5137) on July 9, 1995, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
