I have been a loyal customer of SecureFinancial for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3954-RWV-1799) on January 5, 2013, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 13, 2025 05:17After speaking with Robert Walker from the Executive Customer Care at SecureFinancial, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
