I have been a loyal customer of Mansion Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-2222-XIG-5471) on April 10, 1993, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Mansion Services. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the winter coat I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
