I purchased a plan from FirstTrust Holdings on October 5, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Katherine K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
