FirstTrust Holdings failed to honor their commitment

On November 10, 1994, I signed up for FirstTrust Holdings's warranty service at their Lake Marielleland, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $774.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gina G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
