I purchased a subscription from Unified Fabrication Solutions on December 24, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hester C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Unified Fabrication Solutions reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement wireless speaker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
