Warranty claim denied by Retreat at Paradise
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Retreat at Paradise's subscription that I purchased on October 30, 1971 from your Wolftown, District of Columbia store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Minerva Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
