On January 11, 2010, I signed up for Retreat at Paradise's maintenance program at their Lake Brentville, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $393.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kattie L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
