I purchased a account from Global Cash Trust Sengkang on August 9, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kendra X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 26, 2025 05:19I've received an email from Jennifer Thomas at Global Cash Trust Sengkang offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The television was clearly defective from the start.
