I am writing regarding order #ORD-1824-ADC-4853 placed with Capital of Prestige on November 28, 1989. I paid $487.19 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bell K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
