On July 10, 2016, I signed up for Capital of Prestige's maintenance program at their New Berniecechester, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $620.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Michel H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, Capital of Prestige contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
