On July 10, 2016, I signed up for Capital of Prestige's maintenance program at their New Berniecechester, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $620.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Michel H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 06, 2025 05:17After my initial complaint, Capital of Prestige contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
