I want to report a serious concern with Comfort Suites & Resorts Ltd.'s platform that I purchased on November 30, 1989 from your Lewtown, Kansas store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mario J., but my issue remains unresolved.
