I have been a loyal customer of Comfort Suites & Resorts Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-9122-VBO-1356) on August 14, 2003, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Comfort Suites & Resorts Ltd. reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
