I am writing regarding order #ORD-8704-TZG-8438 placed with Allied Fund Brokers on May 3, 2016. I paid $243.71 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Natasha Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 05, 2025 05:32I've received an email from Richard Robinson at Allied Fund Brokers offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The television was clearly defective from the start.
