I want to report a serious concern with Prime Forge Inc's service that I purchased on January 9, 1989 from your Lake Earnesttown, Iowa store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Richard J., but my issue remains unresolved.
