I am writing regarding order #ORD-8379-GHN-6347 placed with Prime Forge Inc on July 29, 2008. I paid $497.77 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Isabelle C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 25, 2025 05:50After my initial complaint, Prime Forge Inc contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
