I purchased a solution from Pro Metal International on December 9, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Johnathon W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with Pro Metal International has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customer support plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-5BFFD68F multiple times.
