I am writing regarding order #ORD-6498-SSK-5120 placed with Master Materials Enterprises on December 25, 2000. I paid $633.70 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kailey D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
