I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Fritz K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Master Materials Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
