I have been a loyal customer of Comfort Lodge for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-8559-HDY-1058) on March 22, 1984, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 26, 2025 05:44Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $494.46 refund only covers part of what I paid for the personal shopping service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
